*Packaging Policy

Packaging is FREE and Swatch-online Shop takes 100% the responsibility of the Swatch Watch package, so that it will be delivered to the buyers securely, undamaged.

 

Damages during Shipping

**Though it is very rarely likely, if the Swatch Watch package is lost and does not arrive within 30 days after the shipping time or,

** If a Swatch Watch is broken inside the package during the shipping and the buyer can provide us a signed document by the authorized official postal service in his/her country, explaining the situation, he/she just needs to send the mentioned document and the Swatch Watch together back to us,

Swatch-online Shop will take the responsibility due to these situations and stand behind the Swatch Watch, against all damage cases and resend the same item right away, if it is still in our stock, and if not, we will provide another Swatch Watch according the buyer’s selection from our stock with the same value as in the transaction.

 

*Insurance Policy:

Swatch-online Shop pays the insurance cost for all the Swatch Watch delivery packages, so Insurance is FREE for all buyers and the Swatch watches are safely insured.


  
***Warranty Policy

Though, Swatch-online Shop sells certain collection models that Swatch Company any longer provides and because of this, logically does not give guarantee on these watches, we ourselves give one year full guarantee on all of our Swatch Collection Watches. Our guarantee includes the replacement with the same model, if it is still in our stock and if not, providing another Swatch watch according to the buyer’s selection from our stock with the same value as in the transaction.

No guarantee:

As the manufacturer, Swatch Company, which produces and sells Swatch watches, has declared also in its warranty papers, there is no guarantee:

* On the crystal

* On the case

* On the strap

*Return Policy

YES, Swatch-online Shop accepts returns within 1 week period after receipt of the Swatch Watch and does not charge any restocking fee to the buyer

Under circumstances:

Buyer should be able to explain the cases to return the item(s) before buying. In case of return Swatch Watch must be exactly in the same condition (not used, not worn, not repaired) as got from postal service.

Buyers will be responsible and should accept to pay all the return cost of the Swatch Watch (including packaging, handling, shipping, and insurance)

However, buyer must notify Swatch-online Shop of any return via email and obtain our confirmation before sending the Swatch watch back.

*Feedback Policy

First of all, Swatch-online Shop is aware, it is very important for sellers to make the buyers feel safe, especially for us. We want to let Swatch collectors know, that our aim is to serve properly and honesty, satisfying the buyers from our SERVICE and Swatch Collectible Watches. Although we are confident and wish, buyers will be % 100 pleased from the transaction between us, if they do (this might lead to another transaction in the future), but if somehow & somewhere buyers are not satisfied with their watch, they need to contact us. We hope confidently, we will be able to fix any potential problem.
